Smart. Local. Livable. This tagline perfectly sums up Pacific Lifestyle Homes. Meredith Communications was excited to use this tagline as the inspiration for their new website.

Pacific Lifestyle Homes’ brand new website provides a warm, emotional connection with its audience by featuring a lifestyle video background as the homepage hero image. The video, which shows clips of people enjoying everyday happenings in their homes, aims to help potential buyers see themselves in a brand new home built by Pacific Lifestyle Homes. Additionally, the brand message displayed on the home page builds intrigue, encouraging potential buyers to seek out more information.

Boldly breaking away from the “Above the Fold” mentality, the home page provides more information upfront. This gets an engaged audience the information they need much more quickly and causes fewer clicks to help stave off bounce rates.

The site itself is fairly easy to navigate. The home page gets right down to business with a “Find Your Home” link listing the three geographical regions in which Pacific Lifestyle Homes are built. Buyers can also click the map links at the bottom of the home page to search available move-in ready homes in their desired location. It’s also easy to scroll, and click your way through the site, landing on pages including Awards which establishes their credibility, Gallery which showcases their work, Design Studio which allows potential homebuyers to imagine their dream home as they look at details including faucets and countertops, and the blog which provides ongoing news.

Digging deeper into the site, you’ll find that it features both static and interactive floor plans—now a “must-have” for homebuyers. And the addition of data about local areas allows homebuyers to make informed decisions about their home’s location.

Pacific Lifestyle Homes’ website also includes and integration Lasso CRM and AtlasRTX, which makes it easier to convert more prospects into purchases. Integrated content sharing allows the company’s content creators to distribute their content faster and easier.
