Kerry Mulcrone, president of Kerry & Co., a New Home Sales and Training company based in Minnesota, has sold, trained and taught in the new home sales arena since 1986. With 25 plus years of hands-on experience, from being a top award winning salesperson and a new home sales manager, to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Kerry is known for her enthusiastic, motivational yet realistic and practical style of sales training and coaching. Her many years in the new home sales market combined with her background in teaching and coaching, make her a specialist in the new home sales field and well-suited as an educator.

John A. Palumbo, MIRM, of The Sterling Group Inc., is an international author and speaker. Since 1985, John has presented hundreds of dynamic, visionary speeches and seminars on the science of sales and influence to thousands of individuals from small, family run companies to large scale developers such as Trump Grande International. With more than three decades of selling experience, John has closed more than a billion dollars in real estate sales.
