Level Homes Launches New Website

August 19, 2015

Level Homes_800

Level Homes has been designing and building high quality new homes since 2000 in the Baton Rouge LA area, and recently expanded into Raleigh/Durham NC and Charleston SC. The home builder offers a wide array of homes that appeal to buyers at all phases of the home buying lifecycle – from first-time home buyers, those looking to move up and empty nesters. We recently created a new updated website design that’s responsive to mobile home buyers, and showcases their new homes and communities with panoramic, visually appealing photography.

Since Level Homes builds in three separate states, the new website is designed to make it easy for visitors to quickly navigate to the location of their choice. The home page features excerpts from their blog, to ensure fresh content is always available for new visitors. We also set up a custom content management system that allows the home builder to easily manage their content in-house.

Level Homes is pleased with the new website and is looking forward to great results. “Working with Meredith Communications was a great experience. I was actually overwhelmed just thinking about all of the content that had to be transferred to the new site and Meredith Communications provided me with a timeframe/step by step process on what content needed to uploaded and when.  Having that list was a life saver.  Allen and Meredith were available almost 24/7 and ready to answer my questions.  After the site went live, we were not forgotten.  Allen and Meredith continue to be present; offering monthly blog posts, answering my questions, or uploading miscellaneous creative. “ Jill S. Weaver, MIRM, Marketing Coordinator, Level Homes.

Social media buttons are displayed prominently throughout the website, enabling visitors to connect with Level Homes on various social networking sites, including Twitter, Google+ and Facebook. There are also clear call-to-action graphics that direct prospective home buyers to contact Level Homes for more information about their new home designs. Testimonials from satisfied home buyers are displayed throughout the website to provide valuable social proof about their experience with the home builder, and to help drive conversions.

Prospective home buyers get a clear understanding of what’s involved with the home building process from selecting a home plan and home site to reviewing the construction phases and how to handle financing. The Level Homes website includes videos of several floor plans to give prospects a more detailed view of what their new home will look like.

The website also highlights Level Homes’ partnership with the Dream Day Foundation, which supports St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in their fight against catastrophic childhood diseases. Level Homes donates $100 to Dream Day Foundation for every home it sells and will host several Charity Community Walk Events in its communities.

The new responsive website should give prospective home buyers the assurance they need that Level Homes is a highly experienced new home builder, resulting in more leads and sales!
