As I was brainstorming names for possible guest bloggers for our #ThoughtfulThursday column, Quint Lears immediately popped up in my mind. Quint is a new home salesperson and the founder of www.NewHomeSales.com. He is a devoted student of the home building industry and the sales profession. Quint attributes his success in part to his strong personal brand. Quint Lears, MIRM was named the 2012 National New Home Sales Person of the year for the NAHB and was the recipient of the 2016 National Silver Award for New Home Sales Person of the Year for the National Association of Home Builders.

Quint has been featured in Top Agent Magazine, RE/MAX Above Magazine, and 3 different times in the Sales and Marketing Ideas Magazine. Quint recently had an article published in the 2015 July/August edition of Sales and Marketing Ideas Magazine.
