Lexington Country Launches New Community Website

Luxury is more than a way of life, it’s a statement. That’s why Landon Home Development contacted Meredith Communications, a digital marketing company specializing in home builder marketing, in regard to creating a statement-making website for their brand new luxurious community, Lexington Country in north Texas. Landon Homes wanted the website to emulate the feeling their beautiful gated community would give guests, while somehow also promoting amenities, the local community, and so much more. As it happened, Meredith Communications was up to the task.

The brand new website was designed to showcase what the community will eventually offer prospective residents–no homes have been built yet! Still, the Master Plan, which establishes phases of building, is easily accessed from the home page. The Master Plan also gives potential residents an idea of the community’s location in north Texas and shows plans for a future elementary school, park, and retail shopping areas.

Highlighted on the home page are a few of the community features that will appeal to future residents include gated community with private streets, a resort-style pool with kids play area and separate toddler pool, and excellent Frisco schools. In fact, Lexington Country is located in the heart of the highly acclaimed Frisco Independent School District and will be served by Norris Elementary School, Nelson Middle School, and Independence High School. Additional community amenities that are highlighted on the website include a clubhouse and fitness center.

The website was built using a customized WordPress CMS platform and utilizes a mobile responsive design. An easy-to-use mobile design is more important as ever because recent statistics state that mobile phone internet user penetration was 52.7 percent. In 2017, figures suggest that more than 63.4 percent of mobile phone users will access online content through their devices. The site is easily navigated using well-paced buttons along the top of the website that link to community FAQs, the builders, more about the city of Frisco, and much more. Additionally, a robust Contact Us form was included to collect visitor email addresses, information regarding what builder a potential buyer is interested in, their price range, and even a timeframe for moving.

Currently, the website features detailed information on the community’s location ensuring homebuyers know what Frisco has to offer Lexington Country residents. Upscale shopping opportunities are available at Stonebriar Centre, as well as a variety of restaurants, entertainment venues, attractions, recreation, sports venues, and medical facilities. The Frisco area hosts a number of global employers such as Toyota Headquarters, Fed Ex, Fujitsu, JC Penney and Dell Inc.
